Speak of the most iconic movies and the list will surely be incomplete without mentioning Karan Johar’s 2001 released ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’. The movie starred Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, and Kareena Kapoor Khan and it emerged as a major commercial success, both domestically and internationally. Even after so many years, the family drama is still loved by the masses. K3G recently clocked 20 years of its release and to celebrate the occasion, Farah Khan and Karan Johar recreated the iconic song 'Boley Chudiyan'.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Farah shared a video where she is seen dancing with KJo on 'Boley Chudiyan' that featured Amitabh, Jaya, SRK Kajol, Hrithik, and Kareena. Alongside the sweet clip, the dancer wrote, “Epic reel for 20 yrs of an epic film! #20yearsofk3g .. @karanjohar so good to know we still as mad as ever.. maybe more.” In the clip, Farah can be seen touching Karan’s feet, and needless to say, their strong camaraderie is winning hearts on social media. Many of their industry friends, including Maheep Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Malaika Arora, Ayushmann Khurrana among others dropped heart emoticons in the comments section.
On Tuesday, Karan Johar dropped a tribute video alongside a heartwarming note. In his lengthy caption, the filmmaker said he still feel the "euphoria of having this film released on the big screen. "
His post read, “It’s going to be 20 years and I still feel the euphoria of having this film release on the big screen and people going to watch it. But I feel the impact sank in for me much later. And that feeling hasn’t stopped ever since. I see all the videos, all the occasions this film’s music is a part of, all the dialogues people have now inculcated in their daily life and of course - the fashion!! At the heart of it, I also see that after all this time - it’s all about loving your...family!
